I feel it is an honour and a privilege to work so closely and regularly with students and I feel my 1-1 work compliments so well the work I still currently do, part time, in schools supporting outcomes for children.
I have worked in primary education for over 25 years as a class teacher, Assistant Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, SENCo and Headteacher working in schools in North West London and Surrey. I hold a National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and the National Award for SEN Co-ordination (NASENCo) and currently work as a SENCO and senior leader in two primary schools as the Inclusion leader. Alongside my current work in schools, I also lead on Recruitment and Training at JK Educate. I am passionate about improving life chances for children and believe that education is not only about outcomes but about helping create highly skilled and life-ready young people. I greatly value building trusting relationships with families, children and colleagues to achieve their goals.
